Wendy’s Approach – The Healing Trifecta
Wendy’s approach to healing is unique and powerful. She calls it the “Healing Trifecta”. Wendy utilizes the most empirically-based psychology interventions, such as EMDR, Heart Math, DBT/CBT, Internal Family Systems and more. She brings in ancient wisdom from spiritual texts around the world including ancient Toltec, Taoism, Buddhism, Essenes, Hinduism, and Christianity. Pairing leading edge scientifically based interventions with ancient wisdom has proven to be a powerful combination. Finally, Wendy uses her direct attunement and communication with the client’s highest self in order to co-create the most relevant healing path for each client.
